Hi, The butt is the heaviest muscle in the body, that might not be the case for me lol jk. I sit on my bone basically when I sit, I feel like Hank Hill when i sit in hard seats lol. But, enough of that, I am trying to gain weight and since the gluetus maximus is the heaviest muscle and I want to increase the size and get it stronger... I'm not even sure what every day regular movements do to work out their butt. I don't feel any soreness in my butt when I squat... so I really am not sure what to do. Other men apparently have trouble bulking up their buttocks. I was thinking of doing exercises to isolate the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and/or gluteus minimus. I mostly work out at home (20 and 30 pound dumbbells), I also go to planet fitness sometimes with a friend who has a black pf membership. How long would it take for me to see results? Please help.
