Hi, Drilled across the growth plates above and below my knee cap. At he time of surgery I was about 3.5” out of whack, where as now I am only about 3/4”. With that said...the top of my left hip bone is about 3/4” higher than my right, has a slight turn to it, and has caused a slight curvature to the spine similar to that My problem is in my lower back I keep feeling like I have a always pulled a muscle. Some days it really hurts and others it does not. I have tried ice, heat, electrotherapy, rest, spot training....nothing seems to take the twinge away. Any help or suggestions would be great.
